Canada South Festival Network
The Canada South Festival network was created in 1999 by festival organizers, local politicians, regional and provincial tourism industry representatives to develop a stronger sector presence through collaboration, careful scheduling, sound development and effective promotion.
CFSN Mandate
The mandate is to promote Windsor-Essex as a year-round “Festival Tourist Destination,” support existing festivals and events and to assist in the development of new festivals and events in the Windsor-Essex region.
